NichoFit PT offers a variety of small group training classes, both online and in person, one to one personal training for anyone over 30 - mobile PT in Wolverhampton only, and a great 12 week health and fitness programme, which is live on Zoom, for women aged 35 plus, so there's something for all levels and budgets.
