I started NichoFit PT so I could work with people who find the gym daunting and want to fit their training in around their daily activities.
Mobile PT is    a great way of providing a      service and taking the hassle out of exercising.
Small group classes are also popular and have a wonderful social aspect .

ABOUT: Welcome

Hi, I'm Liss!

I've always enjoyed being active and have tried loads of different fitness classes, my favourites being Yoga and CrossFit. I became a Personal Trainer in July 2019 having worked at a gym for over two years.

I started going to CrossFit Walsall which later became StrongFit Walsall, in October 2014 and after two and a half years as a member, I became a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. I began coaching the 'On-Ramp' sessions, preparing people in the fundamental movements to join group training.

A couple of months later in June 2017 I did the 'Coaching British Weightlifting Level 1' course. I loved it! All of this enabled me to help people achieve their goals in the gym as I went on to write and deliver sessions. Training and coaching gives me such a buzz! When someone discovers what they are able to do physically and they can see and feel the benefits, it is a massive confidence booster.

I know, I've been there!
